Mountain Retreat Resort is located in Arnold, CA, in the heart of Gold Country. The resort is 100 km from Stockton Metropolitan. It features an on-site clubhouse with a pool, spa, sauna, business center, fitness center, billiards table, foosball table, a movie theatre, and gaming options. Barbecue pits and in-room kitchens are available for meal preparation. Guests can enjoy skiing, tubing, and sledding in the winter, and golfing, hiking, rock climbing, and boating in warmer months. Calaveras County offers fishing at Beaver Creek, White Pines Lake, and Big Trees Creek. Nearby attractions include Mercer Caverns, Lake Tahoe, Big Trees State Park and Columbia State Park.
